How long does shipping take for new disc releases?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. During major product launches or 'Discmania Day' events, please allow an additional 2-3 days for our warehouse to process the high volume of orders.
What is your return policy on used discs?
We only accept returns on items in new, unthrown condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a disc has been field-tested or inked, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you ship Discmania products internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your discs or equipment are damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged items to initiate a claim.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Due to our fast processing times, we can only update shipping addresses if the order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment center. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
